If you need a super duper chocolate cake for the best ending of a great dinner. This is the dessert cake to make. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or cocos ice cream and some red fruit coulis!
Cake:
125 gram butter
280 gram sugar
100 gram cocoa
2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 eggs
100 gram flour
1: Melt butter and add sugar, vanilla and cocoa.
2: Stir well together
3: Add one egg at a time and stir
4: Add flour
5: Bake at 175 degrees for 20
6: Should be very moist in the middle
Topping:
2 spoons butter
5 oz / 1 1/2 dl cream
200 gram dark chocolate 70%
1: Melt butter and cream together
2: Add the chopped chocolate
3: stir until the chocolate has melted
4: Put in the fridge for 1 hour
5: Ready to put on the cake
If you want to make the cake even butter, add some chocolate buttercream on top!
Chocolate buttercream:
450 gram icing sugar
110 gram cocoa
180 gram butter
4 oz / 1.25 dl warmed milk
3 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1: Mix all together and stir well
2: Ready to put on the cake
3: Put the cake in the fridge until serving
